Cookie Policy

This page explains what Unified Silk Godo Kaisha stores in your browser when you visit this website, and how to change that. Your choice applies to the whole site and stays in your browser.

What this site stores today

The consent categories

The panel below lists seven consent categories. They exist so that, if a measurement or advertising tag is added later, it can be switched on only after you agree. Until then, switching them on or off changes nothing you can see.

How the choice is stored

Outside content

The site embeds no maps, videos, social buttons or advertising scripts at the date of the last revision, so no outside service can place its own cookie on you while you read these pages.

If tags are added later

Browsers and devices

Your choice is kept per browser and per device. If you read the site on a phone and on a laptop, you set it on each. A private window forgets it when closed, so the banner comes back the next time you open the homepage there. We set no expiry of our own: the entry stays until you clear this site's data.

Why a consent panel at all

Japanese law does not require a banner of this kind on every site. The APPI does, however, treat cookie data as personal-related information once it can be linked to a person, and Google's advertising products expect a site to pass on its visitors' consent choices. The panel is here so that both points are already covered if tags are ever added, rather than being bolted on afterwards.
