Online Terms Review
A close reading of what your store publishes, checked against what it is required to say and how it actually operates.
What you receive
At the end of this review, you will have a written account of where your published terms already meet distance-selling requirements, where a clause is technically present but easy to miss, and where a gap could reasonably lead to a complaint. Nothing is left as a vague impression — each point is tied to the wording it concerns.
Why terms drift
Terms often grow the way a store grows — a line added when a product line changed, a return window shortened after one bad experience, a subscription bolted on without revisiting the rest of the document. None of this is unusual, and it rarely happens carelessly. It does mean that by the time a store has been running for a while, its terms may no longer describe it accurately in every place.
How the work is done
The review reads your terms of use, terms of sale, and specified commercial transaction disclosure together, alongside a short look at how the store operates in practice — checkout flow, return handling, and any recurring charges. Each finding is reported as an observation with the relevant provision cited, and marked as either an obligation or a matter of practice.
Clause Excerpt Panel — Illustrative Sample Finding
Art. 11, Act on Specified Commercial Transactions Finding: Return policy stated in general terms; specific cost allocation on return not separately shown. Status: Obligation — cost allocation must be displayed.
What working together looks like
Work begins once your current terms and store link are received. Questions during the review are answered directly rather than saved for a final call. The finished report is delivered as a single document, organized to match the structure of your existing terms so each point is easy to locate.

How the findings are checked
Each finding is checked against the statute text published on e-Gov at the time of the review, not against a checklist carried over from an earlier job. The report lists every clause that was read, so you can see what was covered and what was not.
Clarification and limits
If a finding in the report is unclear, we clarify it at no extra charge. The report is general information about your documents, not legal advice, and it promises no result with customers, consumer affairs offices or courts. You can use the suggested wording in full, in part, or not at all.
How to start
Send a message through the contact form with a link to your store and, if available, the current terms document. Scope and timing are confirmed before the review begins.
