Three ways to bring a question to Unified Silk

Each consultation covers a distinct kind of question. The right one usually depends on whether you already have terms, are writing new ones, or are facing a specific dispute.

An overview, not a decision

The three consultations below are described briefly here, with the fuller detail on their own pages. None requires a decision on this page — the introductory conversation exists precisely to help work out which one applies, or whether a shorter question can be answered without a formal engagement at all.

How to Choose

If terms already existthe review is usually the right starting point, whether the terms are new or have been in place for some time.

If a recurring service is being builtthe drafting consultation lets the terms and the payment system be designed together.

If a specific dispute has arrivedthe complaint consultation addresses that situation directly, without needing a wider review first.

Where a situation touches more than one of these, that can be raised in the first message — scope is always confirmed before work begins.

What Every Consultation Includes

  • A written summary at the end of the engagement, not only spoken advice
  • Findings referenced to the relevant statute or provision
  • Scope and price confirmed before any work begins
  • Plain-language explanation alongside any technical wording

Fees and changes of scope

Prices above are fixed for the scope described on each offer page. Where a situation needs more time than the standard scope, that is discussed and agreed before proceeding — nothing is added afterward without prior confirmation.

Questions Before Starting

Do I need to choose a consultation before writing in?

No — describing the situation is enough; the right consultation can be confirmed together.

Can a review cover more than one store?

That depends on how similar the stores are in structure; it is best raised in the initial message.

Is the price in yen inclusive of tax?

Fees are shown in yen. Whether consumption tax is included is stated in the written scope that is confirmed before work begins.

Is this legal advice, and are you a law firm?

No to both. Unified Silk Godo Kaisha gives general information and reviews documents; it does not represent clients or negotiate for them. If a matter needs an attorney, we tell you, and that step is yours to take.
